Wow! Alot of new stock to be released. Atleast 2 new F40PH models this year. IMHO i think DTG has started stepping their game up.
I just hope they are repaint friendly and not some messed up Texture files.

That red tape is something else. But, at least we're finally getting something.

True. Well lets hope this American commuter binge doesn't end soon.

Yes!!!! This made my day---Will both an ALP-45DP and ALP-46 be included? Still waiting on news about the Multilevels, Comet IIM trailers, and Comet V trailer coaches being included, and even a PL42AC or ALP-44 DLC.

Is this the full line from Penn and Hoboken to Bay Head?

I also noticed the inaccurate P5 horn on the F40PH-2CAT.

Well, seeing as the line itself isn't that long, about 65 miles, and they also announced a diesel Loco for the route, it's safe to assume they'll do a full route. And I sure do hope they include Penn station, and Danny, who is responsible for the mergers of DTG routes, will be able to merge it with this upcoming route. Possibly. For now, this is great news for those of us, who feverishly wanted NJT to see the light of day on TS. We know they will eventually come up with more equipment for this route. And some that we can finally use on the NEC NY-Philly section. *!lol!*

Well, let's not really focus too much on the small things.. they're still working on it. Plus, I'm sure as it has been said many times, the only way to really address the issue is to contact DTG directly. It's the most effective way to get something looked at, and addressed.. I know this firsthand. I had them look at M8 the day it was released, and they actually did. It was mainly an easy fix, but they do to take things into consideration, of course if it is brought to their attention in the most respectful manner.

I have no idea about the merging as I know this and the NY-Philly might have very different track work between Rahway and NY Penn Station. The NJCL I think will have much smoother track as the old NEC came out 4 years ago.

Well, from the looks of this route, the only way I see it being merged with any route, is either with the NYNH section, providing the starting points are the same, and they have the option of Penn Station included with the NJCL, OR... IF, they actually bring the old NEC up to standards.. but, I doubt that, being that I was told that the starting point on that route, is Philadelphia.

Now, that I think about that, that's pretty much a dub..not going to happen. But the fact that this was even introduced and worked on at all.. is outstanding. This may just be sliver of what's to come. Too excited about this. I'm almost in disbelief that this actually being done.

Can't wait for this to drop. We've been waiting for some serious NJT equipment for a long time, and now that they have the license, there's no limit to the extra equipment DLC they could make for this system (PL42AC, ALP-46, Multilevels, Arrow III EMUs, GP40PH-2Bs, etc.).

Only way it might get merged is if the route builders have started both routes on the same tile. But as the NEC route is quite old now I think the odds of this are abit on the slim side.

Yep. I was told by Danny himself, that the start tile for the old NEC route is Philly, so there goes that.. NYNH has a better chance, by far. Plus the look of the route, resembles more closely to the New York New Haven section.
