The download took a while (reindeer flu again?), manual arriving last, but I've got it now. Thanks, RSC. No mention of scenarios in manual, but I'll search for it the next time I run TS2016.

The horn sound is wrong and there's no flashing ditch lights.
Also dynamic brakes don't work.

The Pump Car is a fun little novelty item. I'm happy it was a TS Reward; not sure if it would be worth purchasing to a large number of users. It will be a good 15 min of fun once in awhile & makes for a unique AI train as well. I did not notice any scenarios yet. I'll be looking in the workshop in the coming days.
From my personal experience with such a vehicle, I can assure you all that it takes an enormous amount of strength for one man to operate one of these on level track. Two strong men would have a difficult time with any sizable grade. Increasing the speed also increases the danger as the handles continue to move up & down being geared directly to the wheels. You should NEVER take your hands off the handles to prevent being thrown from the car.
For entertainment, the horsepower is certainly exaggerated. The adapter car has a knuckle coupler & can pull railcars. I managed to get 75 tons of empty flatcars moving. I see some strongman themed scenarios in the future!
I'm not sure if the Pump Car will suit everyone's taste, but as Tim & Eric have said: "Pumpers like to Pump!"

This appears to be the second piece of TS Rewards DLC that I am failing to receive. I thought I registered for TS Rewards program right after I purchased TS2016 shortly after release. I have not gotten any email announcement for the "Pump Car". Is this the only way the "Pump Car" can be obtained?
