^ this. They added steerable trucks to this model versus the original Hi-Ad trucks found on almost every other GE.

That's what I meant to put in my post. IIRC, CSX is the only railroad with the steerable trucks on their units.

Heck, if it's on marketplace it may be cheaper than usual. (But I doubt that)
