Not to derail this thread, and the route looks fantastic. I'm sort of a billboard nut, Instead of using common brand names, (which apparently you guys are deathly afraid of) how about some public safety boards? Chicago is the billboard capitol of the USA.

I have a lot of ideas (pictures) for outdoor advertising, but I don't know how to construct them to place them in a route. !*don-know!*
If anybody could help build them, PM me. I'll send pictures.

How should I get my driving tips while texting while driving? !*don-know!*

Good suggestion. Perhaps the billboard could have a nondescript, non provocative base board and an easy to use repaint template? So one can paste photographs of one's favourite billboard onto them without CC, McD, KFC ever knowing?
Billboards, in the urban jungle as soon as they are accessible, they are vandalized, defaced, aren't they?

Would you consider generic billboards, like combining open license stock photos with fictional taglines or vague marketing messages ("call to learn more"," two nights only*, etc) ?

Sorry, don't mean to get any feathers ruffled. I'm not impatient, just trying to figure out the rollout timeline. I'll settle for "soon."

Oh my feathers aren't ruffled I'm just taking precautionary measures for the chewing that probably will ensue. But some of them members are not too fond of others asking questions ESPECIALLY those.
