Yes, they'll have to check again all the files I sent them, that should already have been included. Obviously a botch-up on their side. I definitely sent all the files, with instructions on what to do.

Are the cab signalling and the diesel mu equipment present in all locos? If not, is there a version of 844 without the modern modifications? Thanks!!

In the engine driver article it was indicated that you can play a mode w/o the M/U controller present

Do the scenarios have both Standard and Advanced versions?

All three scenarios are Career (you can always turn off scoring from the game menu if you prefer), and two are for the HUD (slightly less advanced) version, while one (with 8444 as helper) is for the Advanced. You can run all of them with the expert auto fireman enabled if you want (it's always on in the HUD version, and can be enabled in the Advanced version by clicking on the fireman's seat).

WOW love it! Beautiful job Mike. I had no issues getting up to speed it's much easier to run than you would think. Best advice in the main menu settings turn off the games auto fireman to use Mike's expert fireman on the hud version. Much superior than the default fireman.

Although I feel too broke to do it - I went ahead and purchased it anyways. I have been watching this far too long to not grab it now. I am more than happy to pay full price for this. Can't wait to try it out.

You can make the electronics disappear in any of the versions simply by pressing Ctrl Shift M (m.u. controller) and Ctrl Shift W (Wilma).

The in-cab signalling, however, is always there (even the earliest version had it, although it started out with a different design that didn't include the CN&W side)

In fact, you must turn off the game's default auto fireman for all the versions. If you don't, a pop-up message appears to warn you about it.
