Decided to go ahead and get the ES44AC set. These units are fantastic! Something is very different about these units than the SH ES44AC. They're much more realistic in the 'loading' of engine. When you throw it to full throttle, it doesn't just jump to notch 8 within a few seconds. I was pulling out of Cheyenne with 2 units and a 70 car empty manifest and the units took more than a minute to reach full throttle. The train also feels a lot heavier than the regular SH trains. Anyone else notice this? I also love the automatic ditch lights, but waiting on that bell. RSC has done such a great job, the bell can be overlooked. Extremely happy with this set. :D

The K5LLA is normal. It's the very one that's mounted on my truck this very moment. *!!wink!!*

Hmm, for some reason in the videos it sounds a bit deeper than the ones on UP ACes

"If you really needed a diesel locomotive right away, then go ahead and order a ALCO. But if you could wait for real quality, then go for an EMD or a GE".

Who ever did what, the NS Heritage fleet from RSC is excellent! I bought them today during the March madness sale for 20 bucks. What a great deal! !!*ok*!! !*YAAA*!
