I've been following this but I'm still unclear on something, is this an extension to CC or new locations and assets on the existing track?

Already answered -- see the links contained in several posts above; you can also read the user's manual at this product's store site.

After looking over the stories again I'm not sure where I got the idea this was an extension, but it's still on my wishlist.

The only thing I am not too clear about, is whether the new assets are automatically added to the Clear Creek route? I am guessing yes with scenerios included, however, wouldn't that interfere with the integrity of the route; everytime you logged into Steam it would try and revert it to its correct original state?

!*don-know!*

!*cheers*!

Geeze folks....
They are add on assets...... use them, don't use them, they aren't going to affect your clear creek. They are Marketplace items to "enhance" your NG experience.....

Copied from my reply to a similar question in the UKTS forum:

As provided, it doesn't add to or change the base route at all, so that remains untouched. But scenarios include the logging/processing/loading facilities added on an as-and-where-needed basis.

Of course, the additions could optionally be made permanent, or included in other routes . . . I'm looking at the excellent standard gauge Majestic Falls Workshop route, for instance, which includes a logging line at the south end of the route.

If you are interested in logging lines, I also recommend the Britkits products including various Shays (standard and 3ft narrow gauge) at http://dickyjim.com/
