Sorry but, I think I'll pass on this loco if the headlight isn't fixed. It's not because I'm so uptight about a headlight, it's just that I am tired of putting my money down for something that isn't correct. (SD75, BN SD40, SP SD45, etc.) I appreciate the work RSC puts into these, but close doesn't cut it when you're customers are putting their money into it. Especially when it happens over and over again with every loco that comes out.

I think you echo what most of us think, but we just don't post it for fear of getting in trouble! !*roll-laugh*! !*roll-laugh*!

I don't think that comes off as whiny at all. Particularly when it is pointed out ahead of time that there is a problem. I plan to hold off as well if this isn't fixed since we already have the freebie from Cornell which is pretty nice. It only lacks one major feature.....The position of the headlight.

Right Buzz. And it seems that the only issue here (up to the current point) is once again the headlight. *!rolleyes!*

I agree from above, but looks like there is going to be different variants of the GP38-2 from RSC. However, I would assume they are going to do what RSC has been doing and selling different road names instead of having a multipack. It would be great to see these in NS, BNSF, SP,UP,Conrail and a few other roads all bunched together as one pack.

It would be nice but its just not cost effective for RSC to do it that way. There is more profit doing it the way they are right now. Remember that add-ons like this are what puts the bread and milk on the table for the folks at RSC.

I have found only one issue with the pack so far, the BNSF fuel tender didn't get uploaded to steam properly, the one that was included with the pack is just a grey default one, I will send them an email about this now.
