Someone posted on the UK forum, you can obtain the bundle of default routes for TS2021, which includes the Clinchfield RR route from HumbleBundle. I have just bought the basic pack for about 1 pound, so, if anyone wants this route, you do get the British and German routes as well, but, for between 1-2 US Dollars you can't be too picky.......
Just delete them out of your folders if you don't want stuff from across the pond.
You have to open an account first if you haven't already got one. And it says this is for a limited time period, 12 days currently, so get purchasing before all the Steam key codes get swallowed up......
