Dash 9 pack pulled from Steam

Sorry to poke a dead thread, but has there been any news on the BNSF licences or unblocking outside the US?

Strange, I wonder why BNSF would distinguish between domestic and international use of the license. Also, it's too bad for folks who might buy the dash 9 DLC for the CN, or NS units.

There's always a NS Dash 9 in the Penn Coal route. And there's also the SP Dash 9 that could easily be repainted.
