DTG: Tri-rail F40PHL

Unread postby DrewG » Tue Dec 09, 2014 5:44 pm

Seems like DTG is making a tri-rail F40PHL. On the achievement lists there are references to the locomotive and to the Miami route. Not a big jump to call it tri-rail equipment.
Here is the achievement lists, down near the bottom:

Here is a photo of the locomotives, interesting to see GO transit cars behind it, Tri-rail must have bought the bi-levels from them.

Well I'm a teenager, don't have a job, and this is the first year I'm not in scouting because my Venturer company folded, which being a GYC and beaver leader took up a fair amount of my time. So yeah, I've got some time on my hands. It's also not that time consuming to click the achievements buttons in steam.

On Railsimulator's Facebook page they said they don't have the license for Tri-rail yet and in the achievements they just call it the F40PHL and not the Tri-rail F40PHL so they most likely will release a generic train set for the Miami route like the 2 generic train sets they made for the Pacific Surfliner route.

^ I highly doubt it; I bet that it will be the Tri-Rail scheme but no Tri-Rail logos and such, plus Bombardier BiLevel coaches in a Tri-Rail Palm Trees scheme. I really hope another DLC with the BL36 and Rotems will be made as well.

First screenshot of the unbranded locomotive. Let's have a BL36PH with Rotems as future DLC, yes?
