Ending a scenario while the train is still moving...?

Can it be done? I tried adding a destination marker on a line and making it destination, then driving straight past it but the emergency brakes were applied.

Just tried this out
Placed a go via icon , opened and choose a location, Where it shows 0mph (Mid sheet) change to 1mph, select the blue flag and give it the same name as the go via selection. train runs through the designated position and will show the scenario complete but keeps running.

Your suggestion takes me closest to my objective, although the blue flag still triggers those emergency brakes...
Ideally what I'd like is for the Scenario Complete message to pop up (which does), and the stay there for a few seconds while the train is still running (not slowing), and return to the TS menu. That way I could give the impression that the journey is continuing when the players participation in it has concluded. Not sure it's possible with the standard UI controls.
