Where is the radio chatter files?

I'd like to either replace it, or shut it off. The loop is not long enough, and too repetitive. I'm getting sick of hearing that yard manager asking for Dan Hernandez, and that dude that keys the mic and goes "Haa haa" (or however you spell that).

EDIT:
OK, I've found the radio file (T_ES44_Cab_Radio.dav). How do you modify/create a .dav file?
