how to test fps?

Hi all
Im new rw3 at this i like to check my fps of my video card
what wood be the best way to do it ?

First way: shift+z in game
Second way: use FRAPS.

To add to what Kali said: !*salute*!

!*salute*!

Shift+Z will only go as low as 14. If a route gets any lower FPS than 14, RW will still show 14.
Fraps will show you anything lower than 14.
