Railnetwork problem in Seattle route

I have Scale rail in my 3d trains folder.All other items in Seattle route except tracks have downloaded correctly. I did read that someone said to re- download the (perhaps corrupted) Seattle file. I did several times but still no tracks loading. How do I know if the Scalerail I originally downloaded from Hacks' site is the Public or paid version of Scalerail ?. I thought I had purchased the file after initially downloading the public Scalerail ? ( I've lost my code password many months ago.)

Download a copy of RWTools and run a Check Route on that route; that will reveal any missing assets or textures. If you are truly missing the ScaleRail, you might have the wrong version installed. There are 3 designs of ScaleRail... the original, an SP set and an ATSF set (same whether freeware or payware). Check the Readme for your route and make sure you installed the correct set. Whether it is pay or freeware version would not cause your problem.
