Some person on the MS forums suggested to do a long power button press which takes you to a screen with some options on it.

Have you changed or added anything to your system? Has this been going on since your latest upgrade? Have you checked all your internal power connections? When does this happen, during startup, or intermittently during gaming or sitting idle? You may find this a useful tool: https://www.makeuseof.com/find-stop-cod ... ws-errors/

Trev
Some info https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... 41-restart
Have you run sfc /scannow even if no errors followed by (Command prompt as administrator)
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Repeat until all errors fixed and then run
sfc /scannow - until no errors.
dxdiag
chkdsk /f
Check the windows update history to see if any update failed.

You say:
I don't l always get the same error though.

Have you run "View Reliability History" - that should have a red mark for any/every windows error and you can also view the technical details to see what is happening. Event viewer can then give more details if needed.
I had a similar error recently caused by VPN software - very difficult to fix.
