My ticket to Dovetail Kayako

I got the message via Dovetail Kayako about my ticket -- OUT OF MEMORY. Got the report from the support team member, Daniel at Dovetail Kayako. He said that I should disable HP Audio Switch in my desktop. Anyway I look up in my desktop and see two of them with HP Audio Switch. Here is below:

HP Audio Switch
8.79 MB
2019-07-11

---------------------

HP Audio Switch (64X)
10.84 MB
2016-10-13

----------------------------

I sent my log file.txt and dxdiag file.txt and that's how Daniel know about the problem. I am not quite sure how to disable HP Audio Switch and which one should I disable them or do both or leave them alone.

Let me know about this.

Thank you,

John

You may find it this way: In Windows 10 open the task manager, go to the startup tab, scroll down to those processes you want and right click and disable.

Thank you to you both for reply to my message. And it's done through task manager and find this in startup then disable them. Restart the desktop and see that HP Audio Switch is disabled.

Did it stop the OOM issue?
