I wonder if I can move the whole program of Train Simulator 2016 to another drive and it will be solid state drive from the hard drive. Right now it's in the hard drive with C:/ and plan to have the SSD with B:/. If I move over the whole program and what will happen to the registry in the computer?

Your help would be appreciated with what to do with this program of Train Simulator 2016.

John

Yes you can move the whole Steam folder over.
Then right click on your desktop icon and edit the file path to whatever drive you sent it too and the proper file path to RailWorks.exe. When you run it the first time, it will know it's been moved and ask to "Repair" the install. Just click "Yes".

If it was originally in C:/ProgramFiles/Steam It will look something like X:/Steam . X=New drive.

You'll have to edit any other shortcuts to games in Steam.
Including the shortcuts in the Steam menu.

If you have a lot of installed games, this may be easier.
