Major Lag on Racetrack Route between loading tiles.

When Im running the Racetrack route I get major lag when the sim tries to load the next scenery tile. I am using an SSD and an Nvidia 970GTX graphics card where I usually get 30+FPS during normal operations. Its just this annoying lag I cant stand. Any ideas? I get it on most routes but the Racetrack is significantly worse.
