Questions regarding steam Error code

Ok guys, I've run across a good question regarding Steam that I seem to be unable to find any answers to: Has anyone ever encountered Steam Error Code -4: Failed to load web page. Unknown Error? I've looked around and searched before posting here, and have been unable to turn up anything on this error or how to remedy it. Thanks in advance.

I just went through 15 pages on Google looking for Steam error code -4 and can't find any reference therefore it must not exist. Seriously never heard of it. It's sure an odd ball. Good luck.

Thanks for trying. I think I got it. I went in and tweaked the permissions for my firewall, and suddenly the error went away. Not sure what caused it to appear or why, but the adjustments in my firewall seem to have made it disappear... at least for now...
