Got hacked by slick jerk.

Unread postby Railroy19 » Sat Feb 07, 2015 12:00 pm

My computer was hacked by some JERK. I had to reinstall windows seven to get the computer to work again. With the help of IOLO Premium service because I could never accomplish that process myself. Now my computer has lost all the settings I had my home page looks like a mystery to me. My ts2015 won't load it keeps saying ( SAVED dump file to K:\TempDump\TS 2015-v49.4a.dmp.) sent a message to Steam support for help. Now waiting for some help.
I cant get anything to work right no matter what I try !*hp*! Now I can't do anything at all on this computer the way I used to.
I can't load Trainz or TS2015 and I'm going nuts. This is all I have a computer for. Why can't people mind their own business and let other people do their own thing? I have so many DLC'S and now can't use any of them. If steam can't solve my problem they will lose a good customer.
Thanks for listening to my complaints
Bob *!sad!*

I wiped my disk and reinstalled Windows not too long ago as well. For a while I could not get Train Simulator or even Run-8 to work. Then I tried manually downloading the Windows Service Packs, Direct X 9, Microsoft XNA Framework, Microsoft Visual C + +, etc. and everything functioned right again. Try getting all those things and also make sure that you have all necessary drivers installed.

Thanks so much for the advice. Johntrainhead and Chacal.
Chacal I deleted ts2015 and reloaded it from Steam and that did the trick. Now I have to download my payware routes and I wil be back to normal.
Wonder why the support group did not suggest this advise?
Anyway I'm very happy right now.
Thanks again
Bob
