I'm still waiting for the stuff that was around in the early 90's. Having played with Oculus ( before it was tainted by the Facebook sale ) it seems that consumer grade products currently being played with are going downhill when compared to what was offered years ago. Personally, anything based on smart phone/tablet tech is a non purchase.

I have high hopes for Oculus Rift when that arrives. I remember many moons ago trying out the VFX1 with the Eurofighter 2000 sim, whole new experience. Cant wait to see what the Oculus Rift will be like.
