TS14 On Next-Gen Consoles

I was thinking, and with all of this talk about how next generation consoles such as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be as good if not better than a PC, do you think RSC would ever make a Train Sim for these new consoles?

RSC have already stated publicly that they have no plans to port TS to consoles of any kind.

As long as the manufacturers keep pumping out new generations of storage drives, video cards, CPU's etc,the console will always be a lesser platform than the PC.

There is nothing like a PC to produce a simulator one. Consoles are not as capable nor their ability to upgrade come close to a PC. Secondly, it like PVP games they tend to get watered down and the community tends to ruin it for everyone.

Thats a great point-of-view. Many new console games are considering making pc versions for the reason once you play a PC, you don't mess with anything else.
Also, older,more money, more interested players are most of the market. I could be wrong.
