Any of you running the drive your TS is on running compressed? Notice any difference in performance?

Compressed files on a drive causes your CPU to work harder and adds delay by unpacking and packing files for TSC to process. Also TS only runs on a single core so you do not have multi core technology to "share the load".
It boils down to your CPU speed as if you see play ability degradation (stutters). Also to consider is if it is an external drive connected by USB, HDD or SSD, M2 NVME on the system buss. Because of variables performance varies by system configuration. Go ahead and compress the drive if unsatisfied with the results you can undo by opening File Explorer, right-click the drive letter (e.g., Local Disk C:), and select Properties. Under the General tab, uncheck Compress this drive to save disk space, click Apply, and choose to apply the changes to the drive, subfolders, and files. Remember if you add additional files while compressed you may not be able to decompress the drive because of space limitations without moving some files first.
