For some reason, I have noticed that having RW Tools running in the background causes some programs to misbehave. Such as Irfanview, the TS Blueprint editor, Paint Shop Pro (X5). It's generally noticeable when editing images. Sometimes I need to access the TGPCDX file and load the texture into PSP, which can be a nuisance at times.
I'm also aware of the vulnerability of potential issues with misplaced .dll files, so I try to never mess around with these. But my impression is that this program seems to interact with important Windows files, and makes a small number of programs vulnerable to what I just said (IE misbehaving).
Has anyone else noticed this behaviour? It's not causing any major disturbances, but it's still something to be aware of.
Also, Paint Shop Pro X5 takes about a minute to load now on Win 10, compared to about 20 seconds with Win 7 Home Premium. I'm not sure if anybody else on Earth uses it, but there's something not right about it.
