Bought this one over christmas:

Liquid cooled, GTX1080, so quiet you can't hear it running, probably the best computer out there for the money.

Finest computer I have ever owned, even runs games like TANE at high settings.

Bought a computer, which they don't sell anymore, from Newegg and it was truly awful. Took a month to get a refund.

I have bought tons of stuff from Newegg and never had a problem with either their quality or their service. A one off perhaps?

Bought tons from them also, but you never know how good they are until something goes bad.

Realize now if there is one negative review about something like BSODs don't buy that computer.

A real time consumer to get a refund.

Not to start a argument but 99 good one bad, conclusion= vendor bad. Maybe it's because I run a business however I hope there is some forgiveness for a mistake once in a while. We are all human. Everyone thinks Walmart ids so wonderful because them like a lot of the big box guys take stuff back no questions asked however the facts are that they jam this returned product down the producers throat whether the product was good or bad thereby driving costs up. If Newegg didn't respond in a timely manner then shame on them however like I said we are all human and humans are not perfect.

Never said Newegg was bad just relating my experience.

Their customer service is terrible, you have to get up at 2 am EST to be 15th in the queue and the only way to contact them is thru their livechat system.

Any other time the queue is at least 75.
