If you can only use apps from the Windows app store will you be able to load TS and TSW. If not it is useless. Also Edge and Bing also useless data miners.

I'm using TS on Windows 10. They might be talking about Windows 10 cell phones.

Currently both work with the current version of Windows10. The information contained in the link relates to the future free release of Windows 10. In this instance only apps from the app store can be loaded.
