Slow down.. Is the power supply failing? Mine would power on the fans, but didn't have enough juice to start the processor or even finish BIOS when it died. I'd try that, but considering the other descriptions, it may just be time to move on.

This is your excuse to upgrade. Keep the NVidia GTX 760 around as a backup. Things should be quite snappy with the new rig. I wouldn't bother trying to salvage the old rig.

I tried 2 other power supplies. Still does not light up. Everything is running but no display.

I give my old computers to my wife. That is the only reason to try to salvage it. She is still using a dual core duo. All though she does nothing but email, shopping and Mahjong with some photo printing. I like to keep her up to date. She likes the faster each time.

Same here, except my mother gets the hand me down PC. LOL
