1. Download from teamspeak 32 or 64 bit Client. Not Server.

This is determine how you would like activate your microphone. Because of the TS2013 problem push to talk does not work so my suggestion
"Voice Activation Detection", Click Next
3) Test your microphone, Click Next after you test it.
4) Useful Key Bindings, Not thing to do, Click Next
5) Select Sound Pack
This is the sound pack that came with Teamspeak Female or Male. Choose then, Click Next
Step 6) All Done
UnCheck
Open public server list and rent your own Teamspeak server

Open your bookmark located beside connections, Click Manage Bookmark
Copy from here to there
Label: Voice Ground
Address: ts3.voiceground.com
Nickname: Your Username
Server Password: Leave it blank
Step 2:
Phonetic Nickname: Your backup Username
Default Channel: Railworks America (TS2013)
Channel Password: warbonnet
One-Time Priviege Key: Leave it blank
Step 3:
Check Connect on startup
Click Apply and ok
Last Step:
Go back to your bookmark and click Voice Ground and you should see in the Lobby but will take you to my channel.
