Going to be working on some new buildings for your downtown areas in your routes. Here's a new one just about ready to go into the sim.

It's been a while since I've did a new freeware building set for the community so this is going to be a brand new pack, will at least be a total of 50 new buildings.

The pack will include some skyscrapers and a ton of smaller city buildings ranging from 2 to above.

Jonathan,

Please take this comment in the spirit....

The roof parapet at the top of this structure lends itself to a 'turn of the century' Victorian era row house type building... not the many storied building to have presented. That style parapet would be more similar to the 'brownstones' of New York City. Typically buildings only 3,4 or 5 stories tall. As a row house type structure, they would not have windows on the shared/party (common side) walls as they were literally built 'one onto the next'.

The idea of this building actually came from a reference photo I found of a similar building of similar height. Of course, I didn't save the reference photo, I'll have to see if I can find it again.

A new building for today, a row house.

Also, another version of the building.

Today's building sized near one of my 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air model's.

Decided that I didn't like the other Inner City Building 2 model very much so I built a new model and replaced it with a better looking model. Now I think this one looks much better than the old one.
