Is there a software to repaint the Trains for TS2013? and if it is then what it be?

If you are asking about something like FSRepaint the answer is no. Repaints are done with Paint.net, gimp, all the Corel programs, Photoshop....I probably missed one or two. If you are interested there are some really good tutorials out there. Let us know and someone will tell you where to find them.

If you look in the rolling stock section you'll find in the stickies a link to get adobe photoshop cs2 for free. But as buzz says any photoshop software that's able to open the files will do. Purchasing rwtools will also help.
