Are you sure you didn't paste prototype sound on RW video? Seriously, the best horn sound I've heard to date. Looking forward!

You're welcome for the sample, mate. I'd know my horn anywhere. Anyways, how this is done is the following.
Random Sample with Likelihood for Beginning
Normal loop.
Normal end.
