Official thread for 5292nate's repaints both WIP and complete

Unread postby 5292nate » Wed Jun 26, 2013 5:59 pm

Started this so you all can keep track of my repaints, how they're coming and when they're finished. First one up is this. NS SD70M with non-flared radiators. Yes, borrowing your fine picture, Buzz! Mine are total crap thanks to my PC. You're pic compliments them quite beautifully! *!!wink!!* So. I am working on another one, but I won't tell until I have some to show. If people can get past the running board stripes not being black, then I well release it. Otherwise, it'll stay with me. I will take requests IN THE FUTURE! NOT NOW! !!**sorry**!! So. Enjoy my journey with me! !!*ok*!!

Alright then. !!*ok*!!

I personally don't care if the running boards aren't right, in my eyes it's a minor detail that can be overlooked. :D

If you don't say anything you won't notice it. But to me it looks fine nothing to big we can always get a patch in the future.

Besides the fact that if you poke around long enough you'll probably find a picture that matches. These guys don't paint them exactly alike if you do a little research.

OK. Quick update on repaint #2, CSX ES44AC-H with a boxcar logo. I'm spending some extra time on this one to get it as good as I can. Enjoy these WIP shots! !!*ok*!! Note I am taking extra time to work on the little details.

Well guys, I had to put the CSX one on hold for now. I'm working on this baby for now to get some practice with the new file format! Check it out! I'm pretty excited about how it's going so far! !*brav*! !*YAAA*!

Sorry! I forgot to specify. I'm cloning the Conrail unit to make a repaint into the NS black horse head scheme. So everyone can have a normal NS ES44AC with proper light configurations. *!embar*!

Yeah, why did you put it on hold???? You should finish it, you just cant leave one project behind and start another one right away, thats not how you do it
