Yes there is. I use Wavpad. (Free version) In wavpad, open up your loop, and right click on the audio. Then click highlight all. Hit ctrl+c to copy it, and move the slider bar to the end of the sound clip. Ctrl+v to paste the sound. MAKE SURE WHAT YOU JUST PASTED STAYS HIGHLIGHTED ON BLUE! Go to the top and click the effects tab. Then click the reverse button. Now play the sound and you should get a better loop. You may have to play around with it, but sooner or later it will turn out good!!!
