Started over on my route again and this time it has running traffic.

Sorry for the poor video quality, I don't have a very good video editor. Also Fraps also slows the video down some as well in some areas, where it messes with the frame rates.

A brand new building for the route that I just finished modeling.

The building is 32 stories high.

Actually, from some old video's I've seen from the 30's, even then the traffic was crazy. I saw people in the video's walking across the street and almost getting run over and people almost getting into car wrecks.

That is what the 30's were like.

True. I love that old footage of the model a's zipping in and out of trams, dodging people and horses in the process!

Now all that I need for the route are the flagmen, they were signal guards that stood beside railroad tracks where the road crossed the tracks and waved the flag to stop traffic when there was a train coming.

This early in the 30's, the mechanical crossing signal had not yet been invented yet, so one could just picture the problem trains had with crossing traffic, complete chaos.

As well, the 30's were one of the biggest booms in history so really there were too many people in one small city and that led to the rapid growth of the cities and that traffic mayhem on the streets.

The start of a canal.

I'm going to have to build a better road bridge from the 30's, this one won't do.
