I encourage everyone who downloads the latest repaints from MadMike to read the Loco Info on them. The tiles will show up in the filter after you have it loaded up in a scenario. Mike and I spent quite a lot of time to make sure the PreLoad and LocoInformation are included, and with some of the engines he added a bit of history to give more character to these old ladies.

sorry, I'm still a bit foggy headed from this cold. After you load up the repaints and add them to a scenario the tile (thumbnail, picture, image) should show and you can get at the locomotive's information. It looks like this:
