You mean like, with 3 tracks instead of 4? And scenarios like these?

Thats the only difference between now and then that I can tell

Ya the whole nine yards. It seems easy :D but its not. At MG Tower track 1 turns into track 2 (old track 2) then back to track 1. Then at gallitzin its double tunnel not single. !*hp*! O ya forgot that cresson track 1 is straight not on a curve. Then you got the houses on the right side going west in lilly with carneys crossing. But I start school next week so if I do start to work on it probably thursday or friday.

Well this thread got my juices flowing and I started the modernization of HSC last night !*YAAA*! ! I'm not promissing 100% accuracy but its definately a good start. So far I think I have all the unnecessary track removed and remaining main track properly shifted. The yards I just basically freelanced using Bing Maps. Here is what I currently have left on my list to finish the modernization.

1. Re-install signals (most where deleted durning track re-alinement) I will probalby switch some to SafeTrain and some will remain positon light.
2. Double Check for proper speed limits
3. Convert 50's style switch machines and switch stands to modern looking ones ( should be able to do this by modifying code in RWTools - did it once before just have to remember how)
4. Bridge Clearance for double stacks (tunnels already done)
5. Update parked automobiles (not sure if I will be able to update traffic ribbions or not)
6. Update HSC park with GP7 (anyone know how to create scenary object from a locomotive or car???)

Like I said, when its all said and done it will be a modernized version of the line today but not 100% accurate (i.e. I'm not going to install the inclines at HSC - it will look a lot like it did in the late 80's). I think to make this all work, I'll probably be using some scenary objects from other routes. My question is, does anyone know, once this is all done, is there a way to legally share this? !*don-know!*

Here are some shots of what has been done so far....your thoughts?????

CP Works (note that some bridges will have to be raised (or razed) for double stacks.

I know what you're talking about...I just left the crossover in. No matter what I did it just wouldn't join.
