Here's a new project I'm working on. A large iron truss train bridge.

I sometime find larger women attractive,so I was somewhat disappointed to see it was a large bridge, and not a bride. But if it WAS a bride, that means I was too late, anyway, already taken. I built one Ohio River bridge in sketchup, and transferred it to Gmax, then into Trainz. I have not yet imported a Sketchup project into Railworks. But seriously,it is looking good.

FWIW, the type is
truss (Pratt) and not
girder. A bit on the wide-side in proportion to its supports, but nevertheless a nice start.

If you're going to make bridges, you need to understand the dynamics of bridge construction. Here's a couple of good references...

As of now, this is only the beginning. Once finished the bridge will have a undercarriage of colum supports, as of now haven't yet added the supports.
