Well, it's in St. Louis and some ppl might think I'm doing the railyard near the arch, but no, bucuse I can't mod and there is not any st. louis arch... Is there?

I have a problem, RW decal tells me I do not apper to be running as Administrator, even when I am an admin on my computer.

You can force the application to run as an administrator:

Right click on it and select properties, then click on the Compatibility tab and check "Run this program as an administrator"

I still have 1 problem I don't know how to use it :p

The tutorials on YouTube are excellent.
