Non Dynamic Brake Midwest Geeps

Good Day: A while back I asked about working headlights (Ones that actually project light down the tracks.) for the RSC Geep Pack. But alas I could not find a fix. There used to be one, posted here a matter of fact, but it was pulled for some reason. I fiddled around for about 9 months trying to get something to work, but I failed.
So I got to thinking about the my "Go-To" HIS Santa Fe Pack. That pack has Geeps without Dynamic Brakes and also Air Torpedoes - Steam Boilers. So here my attempts:

I have some more work, the big thing is figuring out the texture mapping for the hinges & latches. ( Hint-Hint to someone generous Soul on the HI-Iron Team) *!!wink!!* Of course many of you are probably waiting for the Diesel Workshop Geeps. Take Care, Stefan !!howdy!!

Good job, Stefan. Torpedo tube Geeps were a glaring omission to the fleets. I concur with your comment about hinges etc - very difficult and time consuming to find.

Good Day: I have completed the Soo Line Units. I am not sure how much interest in these units there is, but I would like to know your preferences for the Milwaukee & the CNW Geeps. Do You want Mid 1950's schemes or Mid 1960's schemes? The CNW 1950's would have Safety Stripes & "Route of "400" logo on them. The Milwaukee 1950's would not have the Block "Milwaukee Road" in the middle. Also do you want the Pax Version with a Steam Generator,& Air Torpedoes, or Just a simple Non-Dynamic unit? Just let me know. Also I did figure out the mapping out for the hinges, but it is weird, and so some of the hinges that would be the dark color, are used again in the light color areas. So I just made them a nice metallic color. Sorry !!**sorry**!! Thanks for Your Time & Take Care- Stefan !!howdy!!

Hi,

Truly superb repaints! Thanks much for doing them and covering some interesting roads that usually aren't in the main focus in train sims.

And what a shame that I only noticed this thread now. **!!bang!!**

I have the layered template textures for all of my Geeps which I'm always happy to share. These can probably make repainting them a bit easier, even though, as you've found out with the hinges, I did not set these up with easy repainting in mind.
!!**sorry**!!

Cheers,
Michael
