FEC BL2

I thought my head might explode trying to find all the bits and pieces on the GP40 so I decided to take a break and do this BL2 request in the Florida East Coast yellow paint job. For all of the criticism by some about DTM at least he makes models that us re-painters can work with without having to spend hours and hours to find little pieces in the mapping. Thank you Cesar. This is still a WIP.

Looking superb Buzz. Mannu's BL2 is a lovely locomotive.

Yes it's exactly as ugly as the real-life one.

What say you Pullman about numbering? I can try to shoehorn a 6 in front of the number, just let it go, or manual letter it which I don't like because the file would be huge.

Could use a little touching up but I understand they were 600-605.

That certainly looks the best way I could think to do it, and I would have to agree as you say that static numbers would make a huge add-on. Maybe one unit, the class leader, 601, could feature static numbers with fully spaced boards including the number painted on the front of the hood in the centre; in addition to a dynamic numbered unit for all the units? Just thinking of options.

DTM has kindly offered the bogie fix for the BL2 to us to be put in the library. I just sent it to Chacal.
