Sometime back someone flashed a picture of this thing but the decals on this were kind of hard to come by so I have been fiddling with these things for a while. This particular loco was rebuilt by Quality Rail Service in Madison IL and is out as a lease loco. The most interesting thing is the paint design was done by a local rail fan. In any event hand rails numbers and some other hardware and she'll be ready to go for your local industry that needs a SW1200.
