Clinchfield Gp38 improvement

I have a fix for the Clinchfield GP38 and would like to share it with the community. I took out all ditch light code and fixed the animations to work and be seen on the outside and fixed some missing sounds in the cab. Since I'm new to the forum, I am unable to PM to get it uploaded. Thank you for approving. I love this site and Train Simulators. My Dad was an engineer so it kind of got in my blood. I have hours and hours of things I've fixed over the years. I figure it's time I start packaging some of it up and sharing it. I'll get more ready soon. Thanks again for this service and dedication.

Attention: Anyone who downloaded before April 30 2021, need to re-download and install. I fixed the problem of showing up as 4 Black in the consist creator section of the game. It worked in the preload and quick drive and workshop scenarios. I hadn't tried to make a single engine in consist creator until today. Discovering the problem, I have now corrected it and re-uploaded to the same link. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for downloading
