SD40 Sound Pack

Unread postby simer4 » Mon May 02, 2011 6:50 pm

Hello Everyone! Well the day has come to show my progress with the CLSW EMD 16-645E3 Sound Pack for the SD40.
Features are as follows:
-New Bell
-Mega Horn Pack (Not just for the SD40)
-New air sounds (not aliased to the Dash 9)
-New Engine Sounds (Obviously *!rolleyes!* )
-New Cab Sound environment (not aliased to the Dash 9)
-Realistic Sound Distance Fading
-New Realistic Start-up sequence
-And many more!
And now for the video. Sorry for the popping, no matter what video editor I use, popping occurs. I used Nero to edit.

That's because I still need to finish the horns and work on the bell.

Awesome! Sounds great. When finished and downloaded I will finally be able to enjoy the SD40-2 more, just dislike the default sounds that much. !**duh*!!

So far, I have no idea on when it will be released. Hopefully sometime within this month. But it may take longer due to getting permission from MLW to release it. I was actually going to ask everyone; what does everyone wan't to see as extra features besides the ones provided already?

Alright, it's been a while, but I believe it is ready for beta. Sorry for not replying imnew. I am going to upload the horn pack on a later date, so I wanted to hear from you. What horn would you like to see as the base SD40 horn? If I get enough answers today, I could get it sent out for beta today. Also, any last minute beta testers are welcome.
