Hey Buzz,
Excellent repaint as always. I really don't want you to take it the wrong way because I enjoy your work, however do you think the blue should be a lighter shade? I know the SD-40s that just came out have a great looking conrail color for reference:

It's definitely a lot closer now, try increasing your current RGB by these numbers:
Red +2
Green +45
Blue + 78

The colours will settle in nicely from that point once you start layering the weathering and what not on it. Looks good!

This photo show how much the old Kuju SD40-2 is a far cry from JointedRail's latest SD40-2. Great work on that E8!
