Union Pacific TTT-6

This locomotive looks to be being developed by someone who goes by DSGDDR on Youtube. I found his channel a while back while looking for other UP Steam for TS2017. His latest video states "I am looking for pictures or plans of the cabin for a long time to finish this model, if someone can find and can help me with this."

Anyone have details on that? It looks like a pretty well built loco!

I saw a C&O Yellowbelly in the background!

I'm not sure. Best bet is someone living close enough to Cheyenne, WY to get pictures of a TTT-6 in the roundhouse. I think there was one still in there, I could be wrong though.

Yeah, kinda figured that, considering the dates he uploaded the videos.

Has anyone ever reached out to him to ask?

I've sent him an inquiry email. So here's hoping for a response.

He released an auxiliary tender on trainsim.com some years ago, but that's all I know of. His models have come a long way since then and look great.

He released a 2nd water tender on TheLocoShop, but that has been gone every since it was shut down

Theres a lot of people in the community that post things just to be popular and laugh about it not being released. Take everything with a grain of salt. I know of many more people that do the same sort of thing and its obvious to see who is posting a million photos just to be popular and who is posting stuff because they want to expand the community.

I get that these people don't want "foamers" using their models but at the same time not everyone has the time or dedication to learn this stuff. Like me for example I'm a full time mechanical engineering college student with a job. I get a little time in the heat of summer to relax and a month off in December but aside from that I barely have time to put more than 2-4 hours of gaming time in an entire week, sometimes none at all. That's a small fraction of the time one needs to learn modelling software and learn coding and learn reskinning.

The reason why he's still looking for sources is because he's in Brazil and speaks Portuguese, he's a fan of american steam and is slowly working on some of his projects. I've been unable to get a hold of him about the pictures for inside the Cab of the UP TTT-6 #5511 I took last summer. He pretty much went AWOL on me. So don't expect him to finish any of his projects(I'm guilty of not finishing mine also, but then I lost my drive with everything on it so yeah).

Thanks,
Logan Thurman

Sorry I know this is off topic but I can't let you run around saying “A Wall” and let you embarrass yourself. It’s AWOL, as in Absent WithOut Leave.

Carry On! !*salute*!
