Willamette Pass interest measurement

Unread postby OregonRider » Wed Sep 21, 2016 8:59 pm

I need to know if there is still a large interest in completion of Willamette Pass. If interest has dropped that doesn't mean it will won't be finished, it just means that the route will be placed on the back burner for now. But if interest is real low than i will cease work on it until interest has been regained. Measurement is being done because i have multiple projects that seem to be of more interest to the community. I would appreciate it if everyone would please say if there interested, can wait, or they don't care. Thanks for your feedback. !*salute*!

I think of course there is interest, but the real question is, what are YOU most interested in. If you want to complete Willamette, complete it. If you want to put it on the shelf and work on other projects, do that instead. Create projects that you'll enjoy creating more, rather than creating something just because of demand. Remember you're doing the community a favor either way. **!!2cents!!**

+1 What Imphantum said. Make what YOU want for YOURSELF. If others like it, that's a bonus.

I would be very interested however if you really want to get a gauge why don't you run a poll?

My suggestion is two things...

One, build it for yourself if nothing else like all ready said. Take a note from Minerman and the Bergen Line. Do a route that you know you will be passionate for, otherwise it won't get the quality you want.

Two, do like Buzz suggested and start a poll. I would also suggest maybe post some info about the route as well. !*cheers*!
