[SD40-2 Sound Mashup] Need Permissions!

I have combined the GP38 Replacement sounds from Krellnut with Simers SD40 Sounds and was wondering if i could release them here as a "Drop-in" Replacements. I would like to upload this but i am asking if anyone knows where i can get permission to use these so i can upload.

Wally(Krellnut) is easy enough to get in touch with here. Not sure about simmer.
