NPCU 90208 Veterans Paint Scheme

Hi guys, for the past two hours iv'e been working on this
still need to fix some texture lineups and what not

resized the numbers, and used the correct font, added a rollup door, and stars were move a little on the nose

It's already in the link I posted, it says 'Amtrak EMD F40PH'. It contains phase V and downeaster repaints.

Oops, you're right. Well, it's only a matter of time until we get these NPCU's onto that payware F40PH, because it's a nightmare to repaint, trust me.
