W.I.P. MTA BL20G

Unread postby Sibell » Sat Jun 11, 2016 4:23 pm

Hey com,

I had some time and start with a nice looking engine, I think we should have more engines for the MTA company, because a P32AC-DM is not enough !*roll-laugh*!
I want more difference in this game, and I think this engine fits perfectly with the P32AC-DM and the cars.
Sure this will be a long work till this beauty is ready for driving, but I don't give up !*roll-laugh*!

Some pictures for you *!!wink!!*

Haha thx Zack, but my decision for doing this loco was to learn more about building because this engine is easier to built than my AC6000.
My goal is it to bring the details of this engines to a point where we need it. Most of the engines in TS are made too fast I think. *!greengrin!*

Very much interested in this! Looks great so far! I have a friend who is an engineer for Metro North so I may be able to get some cab photos if you're interested. And possibly other info on the unit.

Really ? This would be awesome because I don't find any good cab pictures for the moment. I really would love to have some real pictures **!!bow!!**

I hope it is, I really made some points to have almost big areas to paint, and actual this engine is split in twenty pieces *!greengrin!* Every handle can be paint seperately etc.

Here's the progress from today, and I don't thought it would be the hardest thing on this engine. But I think it looks close to the original, I only have a few pictures to build it, because I don't find any blueprints for it.
